That is the best way to judge it and it takes about ten minutes. Send us a spreadsheet, or upload one yourself on the free plan and look at the chart it produces. Nothing is visible to your staff until you publish it.
Ask and you get both, before you upload anything and before anyone talks about money. We would rather you read them first.
If you are holding several, say so in the first email. Loading twenty companies out of Entra is a different job from loading one out of a spreadsheet, and knowing which it is means you get a number rather than a discovery process.
That is fine and you do not have to tell us. The free plan holds ten people for as long as you like, with no card and nothing switching off.
Upload it, look at what comes out, and decide afterwards. If it does not fit your structure you will know inside ten minutes, and we would rather you found that out early.
